i will keep this product, i would not switch it or go with another product other than rane/serato.
Sound
Sound is great, it just depends on where and how you get you music. I use the vinyl control with my technics 1200 mk2 and it works great.
Features
The product came with all the rca wires to hook up easy, and the usb cord to connect to your laptop, everything was easy to set up.
Ease of Use
the interface is great i have a hp g series laptop with windows 7 and there is no hesitation when i do a set, or when i scratch. The manual is very clear to understand, once again the setup was very easy..
Quality
This product was made to last, hopefully this product will last for years in fact i know it will or until serato comes out with a new product.
Value
It is worth the price but just wish it was a little cheaper.

serato support is always there to answer questions, they also have forums if you need a quick answer.
