was bouncing between ergo, mc2000, mc3000. saw someone mention "TM4" so i googled it... the rest is history. look for the 23 minute video that goes over everything, yeah its a little more money, but its worth it a dozen times over - the features are pro and with USB power to boot it was a no brainer. i can't believe Zzounds matched and still gave me payment options, thats unheard of and unbeatable. i converted from SW ...anyway, this thing is german made, solid, feels great but not heavy at all, just solid. the faders are not as nice as my ns7 but that cost 3 times as much almost! anyway, i sold the ns7 and bought this to hold me over til the ns7ii comes, but really, i can take my time buying that, this thing will handle all my needs. shipping was INSANELY fast, i saw the package and honestly had no clue what could be at my door ...it was my TM4, less than 24 hours later. oh - i should mention that i got Serato DJ for free with my NS7 so i didn't have to pay for it, might be singing a different tune if i had to pay the extra 150 to get full features, but where i'm at, i'm sitting pretty. thanks zzounds.

I recently bought one of the "blemished" units from ZZsounds. All I can say is WOW this controller is awesome. I've owned both the Mixtrack Pro and the Kontrol S2 and have used the Kontrol S4 on many occasions. This controller feels much better than the Kontrol S2/4 because of the buttery smooth, all metal jogwheels, and loose crossfader. It works great on both Serato DJ and Traktor Pro 2.6! Apart from not being a standalone mixer its the perfect controller! For the price you wont find a better controller and thats a fact!!

i wrote the glowing review - this thing has been a damn nightmare. i've lost 3 accounts due to CONSTANT drop outs. THREE ACCOUNTS = gone. bought an ac power adapter - DROPOUTS. reset my entire macbook - DROPOUTS. i had 8 in one night. so now i have to send it in - whatever money i saved has now been lost due to however long t his thing is MIA. contacted zzounds and they directed me to reloop. i had better CS w/ sweetwater honestly. now i'm trying to find new accounts. really disappointing.
