The picture showed wheels and that is what I was expecting when I ordered the most expensive and tallest of the racks. Clearly something isn't documented correctly. Regardless, overall the quality was decent and the assembly was fairly easy. Only thing I would say is that you might need a powered drill or driver to get the side connector screws all the way in. I am rating Features a 2 because mine did not resemble the picture.

Neat rack that I needed, simple to put together together (used a power drill with screwdriver bit), looks great and is sturdy. Had to buy rack screws but That was not indicated in the product description, never the less good purchase

ER Economy Rack Kit was so easy to put together that my 5 year old son could have done it by himself. If your looking for a rack that wont kill your pocket but will get the job done this is the rack kit for you.
