hopefully we will keep these amps until we wear them out.We compared this product to Crown Amps(probably not a real fair assesment), but dollar for dollar we feel this product served our needs and was an affordable alternative. The fans are a little noisy, but tolerable.
Sound
Sound quality is good. We only use this product live. We use 4 of these amps with 16 JBL SR4726 speaker cabinets (four per amp @ 4Ohms) and the sound quality is superb. Give them plenty of electric and don't over drive the system. Any Amplifier will reproduce the sound efficiently if the system is set up properly. Don't ask it to do more than it is capable of doing. Our Crown power Amps seem to work much better on the low end though.

Turn it on and forget about it!
Quality
So far--so good. We've used four of them fot the last 6 months and had NO problems.

I had a crown macrotech 3600 and had to have my house wired specifically for that amp. Then I decided to get the new EV stacks 2x15 on top, 2x18 on bottom. and also go to a two amp system vs one with the DBX processer , Pioneer DDJ-SX, Staunton 150 turntables, teac recorder. Ive had these for about 3 years and they have absolutely been awesome. I use them strictly for home entertainment with my recording/DJ equipment and couldn't be happier. They are a bit heavy, but get a rack with wheels. You can not go wrong!

Musical Background:

No instrument, grew up poor and couldn't afford. These were things I wanted as a kids. Now I have my play toys and adding daily.
