This is a very good product, and it is so easy to use that anyone can hook it up. It has great sound quality, and the included software is very good, but complex for first time users.

I have been playing music in a band for 2 years now, and I began drumming in kindergarten. I also provide vocals for the band.

"Great way to get started"

This is my first recording gear so this review is from a newbie. First off the software is awesome, its takes a bit of time and research to really get into everything it has to offer, book isn't much help. Easy to install and runs great on windows. The interface is straightforward, inputs take 1/4 and xlr which is cool, seems well built. Headphones are nice, not top shelf but well rounded on a full spectrum. Mic is descent, strudy, can do a little bit of everything. I have used it to mic my guitar and bass amp, even my drum kit, no vocals not a singer. At the end of the day this is an excellent package packed with quality gear for 250$. Zzounds and their people are amazing I've been doing business with no-one else since my first purchase, keep up the good work.
