I've been a turntable DJ for years and wanted to expand my knowledge and try using a DJ controller for easier transport to gigs. I battled myself for sometime and tried a few different ones, watched videos and reviews, read forums, and everything just kept leading me to the Pioneer DDJ-SZ. This thing is a beast! Love everything about it. Easy to use, and easy to learn to use whether you've been a pro DJ or a beginner. Comes packed with everything you need and more, sick effects, top of the line crossfader, large size jog wheel, 8 large touch pads for each side, 2 USB inputs for additional laptop use for easier and quicker DJ transitions, and so much more..., Serato DJ is pretty sweet compared to Scratch Live. If you're in the market for a DJ controller and isn't sure what to get, I definitely recommend the Pioneer DDJ-SZ. Trust me you will surely be happy with this choice, whether it being your first controller ever or not; speaking for myself.

I purchased the Pioneer DDJ SZ controller and love it. Its a blast to use. Very convenient to pack with the coffin and has all the bells and whistles any dj needs. Easy set up and breakdown for those quick gigs. I did a birthday party and a club gig on the same day!! Pays for itself aftsr its first use!! Great support from Pioneer as well as zZounds.com. Will definitely use zZounds again....It's a dj's heaven for equipment!!

"Pioneer DDJ SZ is a BEAST!!!!"
This controller feels great. The size of it is about 7mm off from 2 CDJs2000 and a 900NXS. Jog Wheels are amazing with the adjustable jog knob however to your preference. Drum Pads are large and ease to hit your cue or loop or slicers. Cue and Play button feels like the CDJs. Comes with the serato software and virtual dj pro. Other than that the DDJ SZ...is the go to controller for anyone who wants to feel and play like the CDJs. Great Great product and loving it.
