This amp does every style from chicken picken to full bore metal. Can keep up with a band no sweat, but if you need more.. xlr outs get it to the FOH or PA. There are more amp models, stomp boxes and bell and whistles than you knew existed and unlike other amps, there are not multitudes of menu pages to navigate, you have 4 user banks that you set up your amps, and special effects into, then you have dedicated knobs for delay and reverb, pre and post gain w master volume. Built in 90 second looper with unlimited loop overlay so you can loop multiple loops on top of each other and esentially creat an entire song minus drums. Really nice recording w direct out (cab emulated) and USB no latency recording.. most feature rich amp in history... Line 6 meh, boss katana can't touch it, blackstar um nope.. GET YOU VIPYR PRO 100 NOW!

All those killer Peavey tones in one amp, with the ability to blend up to 4 amps at once! No need for double tracking, just pick the 2 tones you like and run with it. This amp has made recording that much more fun and easy for me. I like the Trans Tube tech so much I’m looking into buying the older Peavey’s to jam on those as well. Well done Peavey!
Sound
Man, what can I say, this thing screams! Everything from chunky, thick and tight rhythms for metal to solid rock tones and sweet cleans! I thoroughly enjoy all the tones I get from this amp. Well done Peavey, I dig the Trans tube technology. I watched video after video, review after review before I bought it, without ever even trying one in person at that! I don’t regret this purchase at all!
Features
Honestly, this thing has way more features then I’ll ever need or use!
Ease of Use
Front panel is straight forward, not hard at all to use.
Quality
I haven’t had any major issues with it at all, only thing I noticed that could of become an issue was that the input jack came lose on me, only one time though. If you switch cords often just keep an eye on it, I tightened it up a hair over finger tight and it’s a non issue now.
Value
I’m serious about my tone and I enjoy having so many at my finger tips, I think it’s worth it no doubt.
Manufacturer Support
Haven’t needed to bug them yet so that’s good!
The Wow Factor
This amp just rips, perfect for recording, most of the time I just leave it on standby and play through my headphones, I can jam whenever I want too!

Just another hyped up modeling amp, might good for a beginner. Lacks tone, overdrive, and punch. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone that is a serious musician. I've been playing for 38 years, Peavey you dropped the ball on this one.
