In order to get the clarity and good definition you will need a good crossover and high - pass filter with these. I set my crossover at around 90-100 Hz. I drive each cabinet with 3000 watts in bridge mode and have had no problems. I use these inside and outside and would have to say I've been impressed. The casters are a dream due to these being on the heavy side. Nice BOOM for the BUCK!

I have had JBL, Yamaha, other top end Peavey and this is the best. I will be buying another. Running it with a Crown XTi4000 amp bridged mono and it is perfect. Set the unit per the manual, 36Hz hi pass (Low cut) and 100Hz low pass (Hi Cut). Using Presonus CDL12P tops and the rig is awesome!
