Ordered this and was alittle pissed because I had to wait 10 days for it because it was comin from Nevada ? Which I guess zZounds has a warehouse out there ? Anyway the guitar which is 829 and came to me not set up to factory spec at all . I know because it’s on PRSs website . Action was high and neck was not straight. And fret edges were not cut short enough or filed down enough as my high E string would get caught under the frets.Tremolo gets stuck when you press down on it and u got to use the bar to get it back to neutral position. I keep hearing that these guitars get shipped to Maryland and are setup in Maryland and then shipped out. I’m not sure that happens anymore . This is the second one I’ve gotten from Indonesia and both had issues and they just feel cheaper than the ones made in Korea.I don’t know what to do. I really want another custom 24 but it doesn’t make much sense to buy one and then have to spend more money to take it to a shop or send it to PRS so they can charge u 150 bucks to fix your brand new guitar which I’ve done by the way. zZounds definitely doesn’t set up or look at the guitar before shipping out. But they probably figure it’s a PRS we don’t need to do that .
