The color is amazing in person. You cant get the true sence of the finish in a picture. The color variation in certain light is super fun while keeping it classy as a black guitar. Outside of the non locking tuners. This has everything a core model has. With it being a thin line and painter finish. You wont miss the "maple" top anyway. If you want a thin fast guitar and want a core then save a couple thousand and buy one of these.
Sound
It sounds amazing. The pickups are pretty much in line with the tone I like. Open and clear with great dynamics. However, I would not say I am married to them. Need to change or "upgrade" ..? No...but it does leave you thinking about it.

Everything on this guitar is close to perfect and outside of the pickups being a 9 out of 10. Its amazing
