I purchased this guitar not long ago, it is the first PRS i've owned (but the not the first guitar with a floyd rose). I personally love the look and feel of this guitar! My fingers slide across the fret board like butter, and solo's are easy to execute and sound phenomenal!! The 85/15 Pickups are amazing, and can pull off Metal in a humbucker config and softer styles in a single coil config! Since I am intimately familiar with Floyd Rose tremolo's this guitar is not a hassle for me to maintain and tune. The FR 1000 stays in tune after ridiculous dive bombs! I purchased one with the Grey/Black finish and I couldn't be happier! I definitely recommend picking one up if you are looking for a high quality PRS at a reasonable price!

Not a total loss but definitely does not live up to the hype. With a complete proper setup, new electronics and pickups I will have a serviceable guitar.. I do regret choosing this over other Floyd equipped guitars in this price range.
Sound
Pickups are horrible! At this price point Paul needs to up his game and install some decent pickups in the SE line.
Features
Floyd Rose seems good but was not set up. Tuners seem very good. Pickups are horrible and no amount of adjustments help.. Tone Pot has no friction whatsoever and the Volume pot is stiff and rough when turning..
Ease of Use
The setup was horrible and the threads at the end of the truss rod is caked with clear coat from sloppy work. The screws at the trc cover were stripped out of the box and made it very hard to remove. Its hard to believe QC let that pass on a nearly $900 guitar
Quality
The build quality is decent . Its on par with the other manufacturers using this same Korean facility.
Value
Its a fairly well made guitar but the features are lacking compared to other guitars in this price point made at the same factory. They need to install some decent pickups and electronics if they plan to stay competitive
Manufacturer Support
I will give PRS the benefit of the doubt here . I can’t subtract any points because I have not contacted them yet
The Wow Factor
Better QC and decent electronics would have made this a winner
