This may be the best pedal purchase I have ever made. I have it right after my Cali 76 on my board. Its not a preamp, or a compressor exactly...it just adds TONE. On the dirt side its great as well, but I primarily run it on the EQ side with the "Dark" midrange flavor. I'm about to order another for my 2nd board. Its one of my two always on pedals.
