I recently purchased this product in October 2021 it stopped working New Year's Eve 2021 that's less than 3 months! I contacted ZZOUNDS and their customer service which is second to none informed me that it was past the 45-day warranty that they offer ,and gave me a number to contact the manufacturer directly in California . I've called this number several times and always get an answering machine! I've left several messages Nothing ! Things break I understand that, what bothers me is the lack of recourse.

"Not a good system"

After a few minutes of use it emits a dangerously loud static noise and have to rush to cut my amp off to avoid damage. My playing partner has the same issue. We cannot use them in a live performance due to that issue. I would avoid this product as it is not dependable.
