Let me start by saying this is a quality piece of equipment. In fact, what I find as the major short coming is as much a lack of computor literacy on my part. They have very responsive customer service. I could not understand why installation was so difficult. It just felt like I needed a crash course in computor programming. Once installed and mapped it's a ton of fun. Installation and mappingneeds to be simplified.
