I am a seasoned musician with a background in piano, Bass, synth and percussion.
I am completely new to anything like this, and it is easy to get into. I am using Ableton, and once you get your basic flow down, the Launch Pad and Launch Control are nearly intuitive. I have done a ton of work with MIDI controls, so mapping everything was simple. The key is patience.
I like the feel of the pads and knobs. Time will tell if they can take some abuse.

28 years in music. Play Bass, Piano, Drums, Percussion, guitar and saxophone. Semi-Pro and for fun.
