"A complete ripoff of a product"
This has been the single most ridiclous product I have ever purchased for Djing application. I now own Serato and have had none of the same issues.
Features
The hardware is solid it is one piece with wires to plug in typical audio interface. The software is the problem the display icons are small and cannot be adjusted. The deck A and deck B turntables are so slow to respond you cannot beat match any at all. The whole set up of the software looks as if a 13 year old designed it for boarding school.
Ease of Use
Time code latency is the most important aspect and happens to be the hugest failure to the product. The latency is slow to adjust confusing to install the drivers and the customer service department is very unfriendly.
Quality
Product seems heavy and built well, but you have surely paid alot of money for a "good build"
Value
Save your money for the price Serato Scratch is a better way to go about doing things.
Manufacturer Support
Dont bother calling the customer support number (if you happen to google it and find it) because there rude and would rather have an email that takes them 7 business days to respond to.
The Wow Factor
It is pretty behind my mac book pro

"A well worthy purchase - you just need a brain."
Forever more - i dont even think native instruments will outdo themselves on the hardware - they will continue to upgrade the software, but I will without doubt be sticking with them.
Sound
The sound of the audio card from traktor is notably one of the best on the market getting huge amounts of use in the professional DJ circuit.
Features
Everything you need is included - you can use cds or vinyl control system.
Ease of Use
This product needs some research to understand it's full potential, you need to have a bit of a brain to use it. It is sophisticated and a complex piece of software that is remarkably usable once you have learnt your way around it.
Quality
A solid piece of kit - the Audio 2 is supposed to be even stronger - I always look after my equipment anyway and treat it with respect, but this has been out with me now for many dj gigs and all is well.
Value
The sound is amazing and is slowly becoming the industry standard sound card for dj's. For this, along with the recent offer from native instruments of free program if you buy the Audio 8. I rate it a 10.
In comparison to other dj software out there, that you can download free, once you delve into both of them in depth, which I have, you will soon realise traktors more superior platform, creative opportunities and higher quality sound that other similar software programs.
Manufacturer Support
Native instruments have a great support system in place - if you are all above board and legal and you have a registered program you have nothing to worry about. If you do have any questions there is a great knowledge board with help on there and with the constant improvements and upgrades you will ever need to worry about being behind the times. There staff have been very helpful in the past with previous sales enquiries with prompt responses.
The Wow Factor
I couldnt work without it now - my music collection is perfectly organised with cover art care of beatport and customisable playlists, which can easily be backed up and taken on the road on a hard drive to play on other systems - great tagging options make it easy to find the tunes you want to play.
