I love everything about the unit. It works very well with Traktor S4 and F1. Sound is clear and crisp. Learning the unit is depending on how well and fast the individual want to learn it, but my experience was easy than I thought. Zzounds customer service is very helpful, they have the best installment plan in the business, and shipping is super fast and free.

The X1MK2 is without a doubt a solid upgrade from the original X1MK1. One of the best features is the touch strip! Helps you to nudges and scan through tracks with ease. I don't even touch cdj's anymore. I'm Trance DJ and this just helps so much and i always feel better knowing i have consistency from club to club with this. I pair it with a traktor z2 and it's complete traktor bliss!

Takes some getting used to certainly, but once you're going it becomes second nature, overall it's a solid product for the portable/turntablist set (I can't see CDJ/Controller folks needing it), well built and easy to get into.
