It really has to be heard (and used) to describe this board. Nothing is less than great about this unit. The amps and cabs that come with it are the best representation of the real gear they emulate. The ability to capture my amps and drives is mind blowing. It's the best modeler I've experienced in forty years of playing guitar.

Throughout the years I have always wanted an axe fx, kemper, helix, etc. I have to say I am so glad I waited for the Quad Cortex. Every time I pick up my guitar I am inspired now. There's a special magic I cant even describe when using the Quad Cortex. The only downside is that if you want to use plugins on the Quad Cortex you have to purchase them separately if you don't already own them. Kind of insane. However not once have I even thought "man I wish I had the plug in amp" Tones are endless with constant updates, and the cloud.Everything about the QC is spot on.
