Okay.. This boom is not the highest quality but that's alright. I got this to use for a main boom for a movie I was working on. I have used it for two movies now and its a solid boom. HOWEVER... The internal xlr cable gave out three weeks into the shoot and I cut it out. and just velcro a high-quality 10 foot XLR down the pole. It wasn't a great quality cable anyhow, going forward if I buy another I will just remove the cable at once.The boom is very light and easy to handle. Decent quality for the price.
