Maybe the other guy got a bad one? My screws were fine and with the thing fully assembled it’s sturdy enough to hold my six with my goofy dogs bouncing around so I think it’s fair for what you pay. If you want a super nice stand spend super money. If you want a place to securely rest your guitars, this will do just fine.

The long screws supplied with stand are not near long enough. I wouldnt trust it to stand alone let alone with a guitar. While putting on one side the other side came loose. I substituted the longs with 2 1/4" course screws,that made it solid.
