These are actually really good stands and a great value for the price. ($99.95 Value Pack - 2 stands and speaker stand bag.) The locking system is very good, lets you raise the speaker safely and with more ease. The Air Cushion allows you to lower the speaker safe and slow. It is easy to figure out how to use. The quality is very good for the price and the speaker stand bag is also very good, in fact one of the best i've seen so far. Best bang for the buck and a definate back saver. If you can't afford the Ultimate Support TS-100B air powered stands or the Frankenstands F1 then these are your best bet. They are strong, light, easy to use, and best of all easy on your back. You will not regret it nor the $99 price.
