The music stand is great. It looks nice, is solid enough to hold a thick book, and adjusts easily. It was much more reasonably priced than similar models elsewhere. It arrived within 24 hours of placing the order. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. There was no way to avoid rating the music stand on sound, which of course makes no sense. I also had no reason to look for support from the manufacturer.
