Ordered one of these footrests since the price was lower than everywhere else that I've seen these and zZounds always gets my orders shipped to me very quickly.It arrived in just a couple days inside of a big, giant box, which was kinda wasteful, since the box for the stand itself is VERY slim and small, but my cats or I will find a use for the big shipping box.It adjusts easily, is comfortable to use and makes a huge difference when playing while sitting.The tread/foot grip is pretty good, my foot doesn't slip or slide around on top of it, I just wish the foot deck was a little bit wider, maybe an inch or two, because that would make it better for my large, wide feet and also would be better if the legs spread out at a wider angle from foot deck to floor, as it IS easy to tip it over when using it on carpeting. It's rubber feet grip nicely to vinyl and ceramic tile, wood and linoleum flooring very well, it does NOT slip or slide around on the floor while under my foot at all, but again, it can tip over fairly easily.It's about as wide as an Ibanez volume pedal or a vintage 70's CryBaby wah-wah pedal.It does make playing while sitting way more comfortable on the leg that your guitar sits on and puts the guitar's body at an angle to your body where it won't slip off your lap and makes playing easier. I would recommend getting one, if you don't already have one. It folds up very small and flat and fits right into any gig bag pockets and even fits inside of some of the pockets in some of my hard-shell cases and can even fit in my pants rear pockets!
