Ok I have had this amplifier for a week now got the jvm205h Half Stack package. This is the perfect amplifier for my needs I love the fact that it is 50 Watts. This amp sounds good at lower volumes as well. The EQ is very good and this amp was easy to dial in the crunch mode on the clean Channel is awesome sounds great with a tube screamer in front of it although you don't need it on the overdrive Channel that Amber or orange mode is all the gain I will ever need. And to my surprise this amplifier has a very very good clean Channel. This thing takes pedals very well in the front. The effects Loop is the best I have ever used on an amplifier with the ability to mix it into the signal. I have read on some forums online that the jvm had a thin sound. I beg to differ this amp is very mid-range and has a good bottom end plenty of thump. This amplifier is everything Marshall claims it to be I'm very happy with this purchase. zZounds gave me a great deal on this and their payment plan allowed me to get the amplifier in my hands now. I have bought many expensive products from zZounds this way that I otherwise would not have been able 2 get without forking over a ton of cash up front and the great thing is is that there is no interest just can't beat it man. There is no reason not to have the gear that you need or want. I will only give manufacturer support 3 stars because I don't know how it is I have never had to call Marshall on any of their amplifiers I've ever had. The jvm 205 Half Stack package is a great deal this is the best bang for the dollar as far as a Half Stack goes worth every penny of it man zZounds is awesome company very easy to deal with and I will probably be purchasing gear from them until lunch time the day I die LMAO. But seriously I couldn't be happier with this amp

Great sound. A classic. The sustain you can work for days. It is THE sound period. All tube and valve? Totally different sound than a cheap knock off!!! Coupled with a Gibson Les Paul? Your unstoppable!!!! End of story!!!

Go to Amazon, I just payed 550.00 for a new crate amp with head, very good deal, plus 6 months to pay it off. Sorry but I will tell you the truth, I hope in the future your sales will increase.
