"Spoiled!"
I read the reviews but these are reviews from out of the box! This is a great amp, read the manual and learn how to use it too it’s potential. Look, I felt the same way at first but then, I learned. This amp goes from Pantera to the Beatles. For those who are giving negative reviews, I encourage you to give it time before you write a review! It sounds just as good as my 410H/1960!That is all, I love it!!

I will only use this amp until I am financially capable purchasing another.
Sound
I do not like the crunch or OD channels and feel I have wasted my money. The thought of losing over $100 on a return is very upsetting so I'm keeping the amp.for now and will only use the clean channel which sounds good but I've gone back to a huge pedal board which defeats my purpose for buying this amp.
Features
It did include a 2 button footswitch which would be great if I liked the crunch/OD channels. BUT I don't use it so that's irrelevant. If it turned effects on/off I would use it.
Ease of Use
It is fairly easy to change and save the settings but once again since I don't like the crunch/OD channels this is irrelevant.
Quality
It works fine. I use it 2-3 times a weeks since I have no other choice right now but seems to be holding up well so far.
Value
Once again, if I liked the crunch/OD channels I would give the value a 10. But I could have bought something for about $300 to only use the clean channel.

The Wow Factor
Despite the bitter taste of feeling stuck with this amp so I don't lose over $100 on a return it's still a head turning Marshall.
