I thought the torn jean fashion, which replicates lots of use, was a sad commentary on how dumb we are but a pretend used guitar takes my breath away, and not in a good way. I’m 79 and all my worn out parts i earned in the real world. Body and soul. I have three Martins and they all look like they’ve been played continuosly since 1971. Love them to death, so to speak.

Lame idea…I agree that it’s at least as dumb as wearing shredded jeans.What’s next? New cars with bald tires, dents, rust and torn seats?Wouldn’t surprise me…
