This is my first Martin guitar. Quality finish and the sound is absolutely amazing. I’m a fairly new guitar player but always loved the sound of a Martin but was not ready or felt worthy enough yet for the Pennsylvania made price and quality just yet. This guitar still holds the proud Martin name along with what it stands for so the quality standard is still very high as expected. Plays beautifully from the factory and comes with a sound that is just unexplainable to what a Martin guitar is known for if you know you know and if you don’t you need to find out. What a great affordable option for someone of my skill level who loves to collect guitars and don’t have to feel bad about about having a higher end model not being played to full potential. It gives me an excuse later on to get a higher end model and something to play on in the meantime to keep me pushing towards my goals to be better I absolutely love this thing. P.s I don’t ever write reviews and really felt I needed to with this do not hesitate. I hope this helps someone on the fence

I knew this guitar would be great and I read and listened to tons of reviews and samples, but until you get it in your hands and you hear it for yourself live in person you can’t explain it !What a perfect combination of warmth mid range, sparkly presence and amplification.I would say this is the best all-around guitar there is under $2000 and I’ve played lots and lots of them in the price range and nothing comes close
