Been wanting a Martin acoustic for awhile. Also wanting a ooo at some point too. When I saw the " blemished " ooo15 Martin at a substantially reduced price I couldn't resist. Seriously I was GAS'ing hard once I saw it. It came very quickly. The box was a bit mangled and had a couple holes poked in it. But the case and guitar were / are perfect! Seriously can't see what's considered blemished in the slightest , but I digress that's zZounds not the guitar itself. The setup was near perfect out of the box, the finish was immaculate . Being a long term beginner the strings it came with were tough for me with the 24.4" scale. I put on some Thomasstik enfeld extra lights and what a difference! It sounds and plays as great as it looks . The larger width nut helps with my beginners fingers. Just search YouTube for this guitar and listen to the many videos and you'll know this guitar is the real deal. Even the smell is intoxicatingly addicting . It's hard to put it down. A lil tweak in setup and it was intimated pretty perfect and your good to go.
