When the Spectravox first was announced I was really really excited to get one ASAP. After a year later I’m no where near regretting the purchase. There’s so many hands on possibilities with this instrument and the Spectral Shift. I really like the vocoder too because it sounds very crude like the vocoders on Kraftwerk records. I also use this instrument with my DFAM and it adds unique character and phaser like sounds to the drums. Guitar sounds amazing through it too. Absolutely an amazing hands on tool for experimentation.The build quality was amazing too. Honestly I see no change in the quality now compared to Moog Semi-Modular synths built prior to 2023. There’s no compromises here.
