This cable is a great example of "middle of the road". It is not an expensive boutique cable and also not a cheap "five for ten dollars" cable either. It is a good quality cable with XLR connectors that fit tightly into sockets. There was an immediate reduction in line noise as soon as I switched this cable for the cheaper one I was using. All in all, a good value for the money.
