I've only had it a couple of weeks. buy already love it. The setup was spot on. It plays effortlessly, tonal adjustments are unlimited. Beautiful appearance. The bass is very responsive, I could go on and on but you just need to play it. You won't be disappointed. I haven't needed Manufacturer support yet so I can't address that.
