I can't say enough about this guitar. I have had squires and Mexican fenders. I have played American tele's and this one sweeps them under the rug. The rockfield pickup is amazing and the coil split takes you to tele town. This guitar handles everything from country to metal, jazz to classic rock and everything in between. I cannot say enough about Michael Kelly guitars. I am a fan for life. One thing you should know is that it will most likely need a setup, the action came a little high, but no finish issues or high frets. Truly a stunning instrument, and the Sungkai wood is beautiful. Do yourself a favor and get one. Professional musician here, and this guitar is on point.

This is the best electric guitar I have ever owned at any price including strats, telies and Les Pauls, The build quality is superb, it has a solid feel and is highly playable with the increased neck radius. Chords that were tight on my strat, like on the 14th fret are much easier to cleanly play. The tone is fabulous either thru a fender amp or Fishman acoustic. Very comfortable to play and the appearance is bold and very eye-catching. The set up and string height were perfect out of the box. Works perfectly for rock, blues, country especially for those who enjoy a variety of music genres. This would be a great guitar for someone just learning to play (skip the angst of trying to learn on a less than perfect guitar) or a seasoned pro. I've played 50+ years and will use this one for all future shows
