I put these in my 2016 MIM Strat swapping out a set of HSH Blacktops because I wanted a more Mayer, SRV Strat tone. Ive been really into learning Hendrix style rythem playing with chord embellishments (bold as love or SRVs Lenny) and the HSH setup just wasnt going it for me. Installation was extremely easy (following the youtube guide) probably 15 mins in total and Wow, I havent been able to put my guitar down since. I was debating for days between these and the duncan Hendrix set, while I cant speak for the latter, I know these pickups are exactly what I was looking for.. i can sit and play the intro riff to Slow Dancing in a Burning room for hours and not get tired of hearing it. The snap and clarity in the 4/5 position is amazing. The balance in these pickups really surprised me as well each string rings out the same volume (no piercing high e strings on chords) These really brought my MIM strat to life. I would 100% purchase again. The bridge pickup is hot enough to get some nice lead tones but these pickups are definately voiced for a classic blues rock sound (I guess I'll have to find a used Ibanez or jackson to get my random Metallica riff fix in). The only wish I had was they came with different pickguard colors or pickup covers but those are cheap on Amazon. 10/10 love these.

Replaced Tex-Mex pickups which were better than OK, just a little to gritty..these chime, sparkle and jingle and talk to me with sweet blues soul..So easy to install..although not noiseless they are really quiet. Remind me of Fralin Blues set but more balanced..Luv em

Put these in my MIM strat, previously it had an HSS setup but i wanted a pure strat tone and these did it. The pickups are so well balanced from bridge to neck and that's what i was looking for.

These sound great and they are easy to install out of the box, the only thing I did is made the second tone pot into a pickup blend pot for more versatility awesome mod that makes these even better

Very disappointment. The only pickup that is any good is the bridge That’s the one most people change out. The neck pickup is trash. The middle and the 4th. Position sounds more like the neck pickup should. So basically. I just spent $300 on a pick guard and three pots
Sound
Sound is not what. I had hoped far. Very disappointing. Now I have to buy new pick ups
Features
The only good thing is that it’s pre-wired and you can drop it right in
Ease of Use
It’s crap
Quality
It’s crap
Value
It was a waste of $300
