Great tubes so far but poor shipping AGAIN after I returned the first pair because they arrived in a paper bag…. I was promised by several folks at zZounds if I were to return them for exchange, places would not be shipped in a paper bag/envelope which of course would these being glass is not a fantastic idea

I have purchased stuff from zZounds for years without an issue this is the first set of power tubes I have bought from them. I did not even bother to get them out of the box because they arrived in a plastic sack. The factory box was damaged. The plastic clear view port was squashed etc… instant immediate return only to be told that an exchange would be shipped exactly the same way their warehouse apparently does not ship power tubes in boxes??
