I slapped these in in my Stilleto Duece along with the SPAX7 (premium 12ax7) and every note was scary clear, even on channel 2 I have set for dirt.

So you didn't want to hear the true rockin nature of your Mesa Boogie (TC50 Head) and wouldn't spend the extra $$'s on these Tubes....So you didn't want to hear the clarity and highs's of your amp without any fizz or piercing treble. Definite definition and clarity over the std 34's....How much did you spend on your Boogie? These EL34's are definitely worth having installed.
