After 20+ years of rocking an ampeg b2re in a rack setup, I decided to upgrade and streamline with this powerhouse of a bass amp. Currently powering an ampeg 810 fridge and shaking buildings down the street with the awesome sonic output. Super light and comes with an awesome gig bag for safe and secure transport. The tone that I was able to dial in within minutes is superb and I gent compliments all the time. Great quality amp and one of the best purchases I have made in a wile.

I've owned this Amp Head for about 6 months now. This Amp Head has so much head room and it doesn't get distorted at all!! The POWER OH MY GOODNESS!!! I use this Mesa Boogie with my BBC Tank 1x10 1x15 or my BBC 2x10 1x15. This light weight Mesa Boogie D-800 is light in weight but it definitely heavy in the POWER Department!! I promise you. You will never be disappointed!!!

I play reggae and I prefer this amp over my SVT 4. It has the perfect bottom end warmth and fatness that I want with a pleasant low midrange and enough gain on deck to get a touch of saturation when wanted. Great American made amp that’s worth every penny.
