I ordered the M-Audio Oxygen 49 IV and two of the keys were not working correctly. I returned the defective keyboard and received the replacement with the week. I am always impressed by zZounds' customer service and fast turn around!

I ordered this, the info on the website is wrong, my delivery was in 8 days, then it was backordered, then it went to waiting 2 months for delivery. Buying somewhere else. The keyboard is probably good, the website sucks.
