With Martin's 2024 enhancements to make the X2 series better, it raised the bar for it's entry level instruments. As such, the X2 series have better action, easy playability and improved comfort. I got the burst dreadnought. It's better looking than the photo online. The appearance is dark, brooding and inviting. I am unaware of anything in it's range to match it for ease of play.
