i bought over the pdp and the sound percussion and is a great choice for only 100 bucks!
Sound
well the beaters are pretty good , makes a good sound on my bass drum. One thing id like to note it doesnt fit perfectly on my bass drum and goes a little to the left. its probably just my kit.
Features
very good pedal for the price. seems very sturdy and can take a beating. you can change the beater angle and tension pretty easliy. very fortunate thst it came with a drum key.
Ease of Use
ive been playing around 2 yrs and this is my first double pedal. right off the bat, i could play pretty quick like winds of plague but i couldnt keep it up haha. very responsive pedal.
Quality
seems WAY sturdier that my sp pedal that was complete crap. one thing is i wish the main pedal was an actual plate on the bottom like the left one.
Value
i was gonna get pedals that were around 50-100 more bucks but these played pretty god up to those. amazing value.
The Wow Factor
these blew my mind because they had alot of features for being cheap like little spikes to hold the pedal, very sturdy metal plates and a solid shaft.

Hopefully this pedal will last a long time. Seems well built and works well. If it were stolen I would buy another. Great value. Smooth action. Unless you are Neil Peart and need a gold-plated super pedal, this one should do the trick.
Sound
Hey, it's a double bass drum pedal. How good can it sound? You can rotate the beater heads for a soft or hard sound. Action is good, can sound like a machine gun going off.
Features
Chain drive works well. Adjustable length linkage between pedals.
Ease of Use
Easy to set up, but can get crowded under electronic drum set with the hi-hat pedal under there, too.
Quality
Been using it for a month and it hasn't fallen apart yet.
Value
The price was very reasonable for what you get. Zzounds price beating policy works.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't needed it. There are no instructions with this unit, although I didn't need any.
The Wow Factor
There may be sexier pedals out there, but this one does the job and it hides behind the set at my feet so who cares.

I bought this pedal for my Alesis DM10. It has great response time and is also very sturdy. Unless you feel like spending a lot on a pedal for small gains, this pedal will serve your needs.

I just got my order. Can't complain about it taking 3 days. Awesome customer service hooked me up with some free stuff. Mapex is great for me and it fits in my price range being a blue color worker. I can't really comment on the sound bc I don't have a mapex drum set yet. But the action is great and it is a lot nice the my last bass peddle. Thanks to zZounds
