The design is LOUSY and it's cheaply made. The tripod legs are totally unstable even without the phone attached, the multiple position light ring is useless & will immediately tip over if it is in any position other than perfectly vertical with the phone attached and the extension pole will not stay extended with the weight of a cellphone in it. Debating whether it's worth returning for my $32 but regardless it seems to have been designed by someone with no engineering background or is a product of China for easy sales as eye candy & has no practical use that I can detect. I recommend steering clear of this product. Totally Disappointed for the first time after numerous purchases from zZounds. In fact I am totally satisfied with ALL of my zZounds purchases save this one. Gave manufacturer support 3* as I have not and likely will not contact them (what can I say to them ? It's junk) & sound obviously doesn't apply, it's a stand & a poorly designed one at that.
