The case fell apart as soon as I opened it the first time. The monitors are ok. Not worth the money. I’ll probably buy another shure set and use these for backups.

When you think or buy MACKIE, you think innovation, and craftmanship but these IEM's fell very short. I got tired of using Sennheiser HD560's nothing wrong with them, I just wanted to get with the program, and purchase my first IEM's. They came in a really nice box, and a portable case, but right off the batt I tried to switch-out from silicone to memory foam and the tips wouldn't work, I tried everything MACKIE, YOUTUBE, and what other PROFESSIONALS told me to try and it didn't work. The CONE was too large for the TIPS. So I got with MACKIE and had them send me new TIPS, and I had the same issue. Man it was so frustrating, I should have gone with Sennheiser IEM's. Finally the sound, (remember these are my first IEM's) the only other headphones I own that I could compare them to are $90 Dr. Dre - BEATS for working out. My BEATS sound much fuller, and clear and they're not even noise cancelling headphones. Bottom line, don't buy these, I'm just trying to help somebody out-there because once you open them they are NOT RETURNABLE!!
