Line 6 has done it again. This is by far one of the best amplifiers I have ever played. It's very versatile, gigable, and sweet.

This thing is a beast. I play metal and it delivers an awesome time with the greatest clarity. Clean channels are pristine and balanced well. No need for $2000 stacks. Get this and you're set no matter what genre you play.

I have to say this is the best amp I have ever owned. Line 6 has put a lot of work into this amp.and it shows. I have had Marshals, Orange and many other amps and this one blows them away. Easy set up right out of the box. Easy to.learn and fun to play on. If you are looking for a modeling amp this is the one for you.

"Decent Amp"

The presets are all too bassy and seem meant for bedroom rockers, but the amp CAN be tweaked into a good gigging amp for real guitarists. It's not a heavy amp, no real need for casters, and it's pretty easy to fine-tune existing presets to get usable tones. Supposedly 240 watts, eh, not really... a fifty watt tube amp is louder... still, it's loud enough for gigging small clubs. Built quality is solid, knobs seem secure, screen is easy to read. It's a good amp at a good price, but if you're buying it to gig with, be prepared to edit the presets to get all the boomy bass out of the mix. Sound-wise, it's good. It's not a tube amp, but it's close enough for gigging, without the headaches of tube amps. The built-in wireless receiver is a nice addition.

Hard rock, classic metal

For clean and country it be ok but not for rock n metal! Honestly this is a huge disappointment.. line 6 used to be pretty good. This sounds like it's against a big brass instrument and is being sounded through the horn!!! I gave it several goes but it's horrible amp honestly! DOES NOT COMPARE TO A STACK! My Spyder 3 112 sounds 100 times better!
