I purchased this transmitter last year and no problems whatsoever. I've read a few reviews stating one would have to "replace the transmitter every six-months," but that is not the case. This wireless transmitter has NEVER failed me, as I look forward to purchasing another transmitter but with a base station allowing me to have full control over channels of my choosing. Line 6 is a great company but I do share sentiments in the lack of DIRECT customer support, which Line 6 is slowly failing in keeping a customer base. Yamaha Corporation is the parent company of Line 6. It is imperative to leave out the retailers that sell their products, directing concerns to the parent company. Yes, things fail. Most all of what we use is manmade and FOULABLE. But remember, not everything manufactured by a company is trash. zZounds, than you for offering a fine product. I've had an on-off relationship with you but this time we are "on" forever. I couldn't have developed a stronger relationship with any other musical retailer to surpass the quality of musical products and support I've received over the years. M. DeRamus

I own 3 Line 6 Relay G10II Systems. For gigs, church and home use. The only issues I have had are a cracked transmitter (my fault) and a loose power USB port. I solved the latter by using magnetic USB cables so that the short piece remains in the unit. I was able to buy a G10TII replacement transmitter for the one I cracked, and it paired right up with the receiver when I plugged it in. I've been using it since then with no issues. I've used many clip-on transmitter type units in the past and this by far excels. My Grandson uses the Xvive U2 system that does a great job, but I prefer my Line 6.
