Just got the sm-1 and boy am I happy with this guitar! The neck is incredibly playable all the way to the 24th fret. The design is fantastic. The JB in the bridge is like gas on a fire when you select it. I can't get enough of this fine axe and cant wait to play her again in a minute. I highly recommend this product and even though it was made in Indonesia, the craftsmanship is amazing. They are doing things right. Ok that's it from me! Rock On!!!

It may only cost 12 or 13 hundred but it plays like a million bucks am I'm loving it. I do wish it had the push/pull function tho, don't know why they stopped putting it on the new models. But all in all it's still one of the best guitars out there. As for manufacturer's support, I have no idea and hopefully I'll never need it.
