Nice sturdy build quality. You can tell just by touching that some quality worksmanship went into crafting them. The sound is like the construction, ROCK SOLID. The speakers have a really clean sound to them and the bass is very warm but not muddy.

I purchased a pair of these speakers in the Vintage Gold finish. They look great and sound great as well. I use them for basic editing, remixing, and practicing at home. Perhaps not a great choice for true "flat" response, but with the ability to adjust both drivers individually, more than adequate for a small project studio.

These monitors are very well built. They have the necessary adjustments to dial them in to your needs and room size. They sound awesome! They sound better the the G2 model which is what I upgraded from.

Excellent high quality speaker for smaller venues or personal use. It has balanced XLR (and 1/4" TSR) inputs to match your mixer board, and RCA unbalanced input for use with your computer or smart phone (WOW - fantastic overkill even for just listening to your favorites!) These sound better than some monitors at twice the price! Very portable! We have not needed any Manufacturer Support.

Ok, I don't remember the model names but I used Event(8inch), Fostex(5inch) speakers for last 15 years. Of course those are better sounding and much expensive speakers but anyways, here is my review. Rokit 5 is not a great choice for monitoring. but good for listening loud musics. Maybe the best choice for bedroom DJs. Very loud. Bass is too muddy. My trusty isoAcoustic stands can't helps at all. Low frequency knob is useless. And most bad thing about Rokit 5 G3 is the Power Saving Mode!!!!! oh my god... this is so annoying... You have to wait until it produce sound for few seconds. This is stupidest feature I ever seen. And one of my speaker distorted when I playing mid range sounds such as organ, guitar etc, so I replaced it with another one. (Thanks for good service zzounds!) I will go with the Fostex or JBL in a near future. Pros - Looks great., loud., price. I think maybe a good choice for entering musicians or students.

These are some great monitors, with big sound. Perfect for my setup overseas. I wasnt ready to buy the Adam A77x right now. For anybody with a tight budget or limited space these are the best studio monitors you can get. I also own the krk kns-8400 headphones as well, its a great balance if your in a room at home and need to switch to the headphones.

Why is everyone over rating this product? It only has a total of 100 watts between two speakers, and the woofer is only 5 inches? It doesn't even have a true flat response, don't get these if you are serious about you sound.

I owned Mackies, but unfortunately they were stolen. I was ordering a mixer and needed some monitors, so rather then wait I found a pair of rokit 5;s and had ZZ price match them. I don't know if its the yellow or what, but there are much better sounding monitors out there for the same, if not less money. Ive only used them for about 10 mins, just 2 tracks, and in that time I learned I dislike them,
