This controller has a ton of features that give it great appeal: great form factor and portability, usable arpeggiator and scale functions, chord modes, and more. However, I am returning this before I even take it out of the box. One of the features is lists is "customizable velocity with 13 levels of sensitivity." That sounds like it has a wide range of velocity response curves, right? Well, no! What this actually means is that the keys will output a FIXED VELOCITY that you can specify from 13 preset values. So if you select 100, each key press will output a fixed velocity of 100. This also lacks aftertouch, so between the lack of true velocity response and aftertouch, this controller just doesn't meet my needs.
