I had one of these and could play along with a full band with a Martin Drednought with a FISHMAN under saddle active pickup. No feedback what so ever. Easy to dial in a great tone.

Will stick with this beasty till breaks, may get another one if it does.
Sound
High sound quality, everyone loves it at gigs, say guitar sounds really nice. Gets rid of that nasty piezzo sound, c-mic setting sounds just like my akg c1000 mics when recorded but cleaner. At least as good as anything else I have heard.
Features
Metal construction, expression pedal is very useful, and I don't think they have included an expression pedal on the new version of this pedal (ax3?), which is a shame cos I use it all the time. Would be nice to be able to name the patches though, rather than having to memorise the numbers for each patch.
Ease of Use
Lots of adjustable parrameters, all you need for most acoustic stuff, intuitive eq and effects knobs etc, can change on the fly swiftly. I hook mine up to my loop pedal and use the delay a lot. There could be more parameters for some effects, but they are all very usable as they are without having to mess about with them too much.
Quality
Unit looks good, has analogue feel despite being digital. Very reliable, hasn't gone wrong once.
Value
Worth the money, very cheap for what you are getting. Like I said before, only problem is limited editable parameters on some effects, but on the flip side, that makes it easier to use.
Manufacturer Support
Not needed to deal with Korg, just bought the thing, that was all!
The Wow Factor
Looks metaly, erm, is functional, does it for me, nice knobs! ERm...
