Serious piece of German engineering, solid, looks to be made to last a lifetime, Well thought out placements of padding for protection which is well adhered. Way more impressive in person, not as small as my Fender mini stand but the solidity & burliness make it 100% better Confident it is quality. Never heard of K&M but its a step up.
