theres nothing I dont like.... Im familiar with Ovations and would definitly buy another...
Sound
Without an amp the sound is thin... but play it thru an amp and its one of the best sounding guitars Ive heard in a long time

It came with the op-30 preamp which has a built in tuner... and a few features along with the 3 band EQ....

The Wow Factor
The CS245 comes with 15 sound holes (probably why the thin sound) but ovations were made for amps in a leaf design its a beautiful looking guitar.. I dont think there is another that looks like it.. it was what made me decide to buy it..

I will keep it. I play it in church band, and for fun at home. Like I said above, I hate the round back, but oh well. It is one of 6 guitars that are played often.
Sound
Sound is a bit thin unplugged, rich and full amplified..duh.
Features
On board preamp is difficult to change battery...but I bought it used, so it's hard to blame Ovation.
Ease of Use
Extremely easy to play. Using extra light strings, but the action is superb.
Quality
Tuners are excellent, keeps its tune very well and looks great. I don't like the plastic round back, but hey, when I only paid $180, who's complaining. Besides, there is a cool little add-on called a strap ;o)
Value
It plays easier than my Martin 10-String ! Doesn't have the same bass register, but that's why we have electronics.

Action, sound, overall quality - best acoustic I've ever owned. My favourite to just pick up and play.
