This guitar will travel with me until it just can't anymore, and as it has proven to be very durable, I expect it to last until my traveling days are through.
Sound
For a guitar this size it has a very nice sound. A set of elixir strings helps alot.
Features
Buy the gig bag right away
Ease of Use
It's a little hard to play if you have big hands, but the ease of transport is more than worth the trade-off. The action is better than I expected it to be.
Quality
The guitar is beatiful, and it is pretty tough. It now has two tours to Iraq, and has withstood the abuse very well.
Value
This guitar is easily worth the price, and sounds and plays as good as the baby martin which is usually twice the price.
Manufacturer Support
I ordered this guitar from Iraq, and it made it safely within 6 days.
The Wow Factor
The guitar is beautiful, it is a pleasure to pick up and play every day, especially far from home whe you don't have the luxury to take what you normally play

"Wonderful sound, excellent acoustic in a small package AWESOME"
This guitar is irreplaceable. In between the time i had my first one in black, i had bought a Fender Stratacoustic. The Strat i ended up giving to a friend, since the sound was nothing like that of my Ovation. Luckily i was able to find another Trekker, so i bought the one in wood color.
If i were to find another in black, i would buy that. The sound is unique, and other guitars just don't cut it.
Sound
This is an awesome travel sized acoustic that has lovely sound, i originally owned one in black, and now i have a wood colored one; yet to find the one in black again.
I completely recommend this guitar to someone looking for an acoustic travel size. Then again, make sure you play an Ovation first, as brands do differ in sound.
This guitar is very comfortable to play and has amazing sound
Ease of Use
Very easy to play from beginners to professionals who want to bring their music on the go!
Quality
This guitar is made very well, from the frets to the wood, it lasts
Value
I got my first one used, yet the second one new and it is an affordable price.
Musical Background:
18 guitar, bass, drums, violin
Musical Style:
blues, rock

"GREAT GUITAR AT A GREAT PRICE AND YOU WILL BE SUPRISED AT THE QUALITY."

I SHOPPED AROUND A LOT FOR A TRAVEL GUITAR LOCALLY. PRICING RANGED FROM $100.00 TO $500.00. I JUST WANTED SOMETHING TO TOSS IN THE CAR AND PLAY IT WHEN I WANTED. I WOULD COMPARE THIS GUITAR TO THE $500.00 MODELS I PLAYED. I WOULD NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ON THIS GUITAR. IT IS EASY TO PLAY AND SOUNDS GREAT.
Sound
I OWN A ALVAREZ YAIRI AND WAS VERY SUPRISED OF THE QUALITY OF SOUND FROM THIS GUITAR. I HAVE BEEN PLAYING IT MORE THAN MY ALVAREZ.
Features
THIS GUITAR DOES NOT COME WITH A GIG BAG SO BE SURE TO ORDER ONE WITH YOUR GUITAR.
Quality
WHEN I LOOKED AT THE PRICE OF THIS GUITAR I DID NOT EXPECT A LOT OF QUALITY. WHEN IT ARRIVED I WAS SUPRISED OF THE WORKMANSHIP. I LOOKED AROUND AT A LOT OF GUITARS AND THIS ONE IS AS NICE AS ANY HIGH END TRAVEL GUITAR I FOUND.
Value
MORE THAN WORTH IT.
The Wow Factor
OTHER THAN TO COMPARE SOUND I HAVE NOT HAD MY ALVEREZ YAIRI OUT OF ITS CASE SINCE I RECEIVED THIS GUITAR. IT IS VERY LIGHT WEIGHT AND EASY TO HANDLE.

"What a lyrachord is for."
It takes this travel guitar to demonstrate the relative irrelavance of the materials used in the back and sides of a guitar. The superiority of bowl backs in guitar construction is also put beyond doubt; there is not a single all wood guitar that can touch the musical richness, clarity and volume produced by the CC012, and I have played most of them. The only travel guitars that come close to this performance are the composite guitars, like Emerald or Rainsong, but they cost over four times as much. The excellence of bowl backs was never doubted by the makers of the guitar's antecedents, the oud makers of the Arab world who passed their skills onto the lute makers of the western world (wherefore luthiers). Bowl backs ruled ('rocked' was not a familiar word in in those times) for thousands of years. The strength advantage of the lyrachord is incidental, but invaluable in a travel guitar. As if this weren't enough, you also get the buttery smoothness of an Ovation neck.
Musical Background:
25 years of dedicated fun
Musical Style:
Jazz, blues, fusion.
